“Affordable Housing” is difficult to find in Olympia due to: Real Estate Speculation, Greed, Low Wages and Job Losses. Housing is too expensive for most Olympia families. In light of all this, the City of Olympia has decided that “Affordable Housing” is now a major priority for the City.
